Who to contact
For website processing and centralised requests, contact GIE AGDE TAXI STATION, 6 rue de Nisyros, 34300 Agde: +33 6 81 97 96 89 · agdetaxistation@gmail.com. The taxi business providing the journey also processes data necessary for its service and billing. Its identity appears on your taxi receipt.
Booking data and use
Requests may include your name, contact details, departure and arrival addresses, journey date and time, passenger number, luggage and necessary collection details. Information needed to organise the journey enables us to process your request, contact you and provide the journey. Without it, we may be unable to organise transport. Details that are not useful for your journey are unnecessary.
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and performance of the service. Billing and accounting processing is based on applicable legal obligations. Avoid entering detailed medical information in free-text form fields.
Appsolu and recipients
Our group stores contact and booking data in Appsolu. Recipients are authorised people organising requests, the taxi assigned to collection and technical providers delivering the service. Appsolu states in its documentation that its service data is hosted and processed in Europe. See Appsolu’s privacy policy.
Retention
The group’s contact and booking data is retained in Appsolu for three months. This period concerns booking data; it is not the retention period for accounting documents or data subject to separate legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on processing and regulatory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object where applicable. When processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Send requests to agdetaxistation@gmail.com. For Appsolu processing, contact contact@appsolu.net. Browsing, cookies and external services
Booking retention in Appsolu is separate from website browsing processing. The site uses Google audience measurement tools and third-party integrations. The Appsolu form uses mapping and address suggestion services. WhatsApp and TaxiClub links direct you to services with their own privacy rules. Non-essential trackers subject to consent require your prior agreement; the three-month period above is not their retention period.
